I’m working on a project relating to point clouds. I found this application http://www.libe57.org/index.html but I don’t know how to run it after downloading it http://www.libe57.org/download.html

My question is where do I put this folder on my computer ? and how do I run/use it ?

I’m ultimately just trying to extract some specific xml data which can be from their utility tool ‘e57xmldump’ located at http://www.libe57.org/data.html
