Because no Houdini users actually care about making a donut in Houdini. It's pointless for Houdini to even have modeling tools. Either the devs had too much time on their hands or they added the ability to model as a joke. The only time there would even be a donut in Houdini would be if it were imported, in order to be burned into ashes or blown up into peaces.
