There are many ways to go about it.
The model is apparently delivered in a file called model_file.binz.
That file is probably compressed and also encrypted. You could have to reverse engineer the javascript files to see how it is decoding those files and ultimately loading them onto the 3d canvas.
Another approach is using user js to monkey-patch the browser's canvas 3d functions to dump all the vertices and textures to a file as they are loaded.
The second approach might be easier depending on how many counter-measures the site has to detect custom js, but the first one is cleaner and might result in more info retrieved from the files, although it's going to break every time they change the file format.
