Do you mean the one with materials?
All you need to know is play around with mask generators and blur slope. Use grunges and voronoi(cells 4) occasionally. For example create a colored fill layer. Add a black mask and use a light generator on it angled from above with a blur slope filter on top. Tweak the blend mode and settings a bit and boom you have automatic """handpainted""" look. It is not super much more than that you just need to experiment he shows it in his free videos pretty much.
