I've got the Blender Hair Tool addon but i can't find any proper tutorials from start to finish that show how to use it properly. Most of the videos have outdated menus or they are just sped up to which i can't follow at all since i don't know the controls that well.

What are some good blender game hair card tutorials that would make the hair look more realistic, similar to what you see in Final Fantasy 7 remake.
I can only use Blender since i'm on Linux.

hair library is a nice bonus and I've had issues moving it to 3.0
