Ok, gpus prices chilled, but they are at the same levels as before the pump now.
I don't trust used gpus since they probably were over-used in a mining rig.
40xx series will be launched in a few months.

wait for the 4060 first model, buy buy it only after they lanch the 4080TI and Founders Editions so then the prices of the cheap 60 ones will come down
