Why does 3dcg feel more relaxing after abandoning one's own eventual goal of doing it professionally?

Less pressure to perform.

You may be a people pleaser, like me.
I remember being stuck in my shitty after effects videos for 6 years, as soon as I got hired, my skills went up to the roof. Because at home, my only motivation is my own will. So I become lazy as fuck and took shortcuts and half-assed everything. so when I was not advancing, I just got frustrated and got stuck in the same problem forever. After getting hired, the pressure is ON. You HAVE to deliver a good job and you have to learn how to fix the problem. This is why every time I'm learning a new software, I wish I could be hired to work with it so I can learn it on the fly.

People are not supposed have jobs.
People are supposed to live, love and laugh.
