๐Ÿงต What's easier to teach, software or fundamentals?

A Maya user and a Blender user visit a job fair. They approach one of the tables and get interviewed by someone representing a studio that uses Maya. The Maya user has an okay grasp of 3DCG fundamentals but is seriously considered for hire because they use Maya. The Blender user knows their fundamentals well and is why they're also being considered for hire. The studio has on-site trainers to help new hires get accustomed to Maya if they aren't already.

Lol if that is the case it is not about software or quality of work anymore. It's about whether I want to work with you or not. Do you complain but offer no solutions? Are you passive aggressive? Do you ask the same questions numerous times? Do you not know how to make people think you know what you are doing?
