Chud, he's right. When an artist is skilled, he doesn't need more than one day (two days at most) to finish his sculpt.

if you're skilled, you have an advantage because you get to work off of blueprints and multiple ortho view refernce handed to you by the concept artist.

If you're working alone, and often new, you dont have a concept artist to draw this ortho view reference. So, being "skilled" like you say is just another double edged sword
