They are probably using motionbuilder.

You're not good at reading are you?

Saying you prefer a employee looks a certain way in a non customer facing job has a very creepy subtext you'd be able to read if you weren't autistic.

>>Sense of style from being into streetwear, skateboarding, graffiti, hip hop or other street activities.

ew, eww, no thanks

It's asking for you to have experience and knowledge of a style, not that you have to live and breathe it, and wear it every day to work.
It's a game that's obviously focused subcultures, if you're designing characters for a given subculture without having knowledge about it, it's gonna be fucking retarded. Just like you.
It's not saying you have to dress up like a degenerate, just that you're aware of and have experience with how degenerates dress.

Just like if you were making a racing game, you'd want people who knew at least something about cars and driving to have their hand in it. They don't need to be race drivers, have a tuner car with a giant spoiler, or spend their time at the track, but having that knowledge is obviously beneficial for authenticity.
It's ridiculous that I have to spell it out for you.

What's ridiculous is your aspie mini novella, "being into streetwear" is at best just an innocent gaffe but knowing the video game industry it's probably a shade darker than that.

>3D animator
>3DS Max
Holy shit why? I'd apply but only to tell them to switch to something else during the interview process and then withdraw my application immediately after.

Of course they steal art style from jet set since we're not allowed to have original things anymore

You really think /3/chuds go outside out of their dark computer bunkers?
HAHAHAAAAAHAHAHAH!!!

Those employers filter those people out. Streetwear fashion sense!

I always wondered about this requirement. What does it really mean? If you make a unity flip asset game is that better than a game jam? If I did 8 game jams is that better than one game?
The answer is of course to not give a shit and apply anyways. I'm not a good animator nor do I want a job in the industry, but if I was halfway decent looking for work I would still apply. Either they waste their time or they actually interview me

You don't need to go outside to have a sense of streetwear fashion.
