Ive been looking and applied in so many website and in all of them i get rejected, i even tried applying for junior 3d artist and still same

being fed is #1 priority. get a wagie job, even that can be a pain as they reject a lot of people.
also, you need to network with local people and companies. if you can do 3D work for cheap, there'll be a local market for that.
