You would be better off with starting from a sphere primitive and shaping that. Does Blender have a boolean tool like dynamesh.

I already give her some clothes, a bit too late to start over. Never used z brush but it looks like dynamesh is just proportional editing and some sculpting tool in blender

I made the base body very slowly over the course of 3-ish month so I kinda forgot which video I copied it from. I think i got it from shonzo something. You can easily make the creases with the smooth sculpting tool once you have the belly modeled. Boobies on the other hand are a far more formidable opponent. You should use this helpful guide >>915684 when dealing with it
