I remember a few years back I saw someone post a thread of how he created procedurally generated genitals in blender. I had screenshotted it to use as a reference in the future, but now that I need it I can't find it anymore. Does anyone have any tips of how should I even approach this?

Well you create you genitals, but do so in a non destructive procedural manner where you can alter parameters for the various steps which propagate throughout the extent of the procedure.

I'd start with a curve as a "bone" for the dick.
Use a circle and extrude it along the curve.
You can then use polar coordinates with set position nodes to define the cross-section of the dick.
The glans will be the hardest part. I'd probably define a certain length on the curve where the glans will be and scale the diameter of the extrusion to get the general shape.

Another idea would be to implement https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superformula in geonodes which would eliminate the need for a bunch of float curves (which is essentially modelling by proxy)
