sadly for you I haven't found a website that is a collection of micro guides...
the idea sounds good, but we live in an era of 40 hours tutorials for just start learning 1 software.
I recommend just reaching in youtube for stuff you need...

while searching in youtube you can filter by time and seach videos of 4< minutes.
