Because Blender is a much bigger entry point for hobbyists than any other 3D software package. You get as many good tutorials from pros who know what they're doing in Blender than you do in Max, Maya, C4D, etc. but comparatively, there's an oversaturation of weak tutorials in Blender from all the crap artists who pick it up for 6 months then decide it's their God-given mission to open up a tutorial channel on Youtube while they barely understand what they're doing themselves.

Too many shitty beginner level retards putting out "tutorials" for other shitty beginner level retards.
In the vast pool of people putting up Blender tutorials on YT, you can probably count the ones who actually know their shit on one hand, and maybe two who have actually worked on a production or in a professional setting.

People like to say the "best time to learn blender is now", but once you get past most basic of tasks, you're still on your own just like 10 years ago.
I'm not saying I need tutorials these days, but trying to find information on something niche and advanced is almost impossible. Everyone just goes after the low-hanging fruit.
