Yeah, it's unstable and has a full-retard UI. You're gonna have to deal with that unfortunately.

Brehs, I'm taking advantage of this thread to ask something.
I didn't open it for a while and I relaised today that my custom shelves were simply gone. My custom UI is still there but I can't find my fucking shelf I made with all ma fav options/buttons and shit. Don't tell me it's gone forever, I'm gonna get mad asf

No idea. This program is the only one that genuinely enrages me at times. I suspect the creator is either an AI or severely autistic.

zbrush and blender are secondary programs for me, but i unironically have an easier time switching to zbrush controls than i do to blender controls.

everyone shits on xp-pen, but I'm really satisfied with my artist 12. get a similar cheap one first, if you can't make it with a cheap one, the money would be wasted anyway. you can always buy a 24'' one ten times the cost when you've made it. buying state-of-the-art as a shortcut to making it (your shitty sculpts won't get any better with a 3000$ tablet) is a very common mistake - i would honestly guess that more high end tablets end up getting used 2, 3 times and then collecting dust than see a regular end of life (thousands of hours of usage).

I was hoping to start streaming but dont wanna pay up anons. Problem is the license shows up at the top of the program, and if cracked anyone can tell you're using a wack license. I can open a project on startup to hide that text but it shows up nonetheless for a few secs before loading the project. Any advice for an anon looking to save some money?

it was originally designed as a 2.5D paint program, and just kept adding features until becoming the behemoth you see today

oh don't get me wrong, they are pretty fucking useless in general, but for 3d sculpting (outside of VR) they are a very intuitive way of maneuvering around the scene while keeping your dominant hand drawing

>tfw you just realize zbrush has a time travel feature
There is no other software that makes me constantly feel like I need to learn more about it because there is always some completely magic way of doing things in a fraction of time.

Every 3D software should have the option to just use Blender controls (the most intuitive and best controls). Except blender should have the option to use Houdini controls for its node trees. And photoshop should have the option to use GIMP navigation controls.
JK photoshop is for suckers, GIMP does everything it can do but better LOL

none of that is true. it's actually because of piss-poor software compatibility. *IF* it works at all as intended, it only works after hours of screaming at your screen and smashing a keyboard or two. just because of your retarded comment i will now make it work with 3ds max somehow (i was a blender user when I bought it, never tried with max), rendering it a net-positive buy after all.
fuck you and fuck everything you stand for.
