How much time do we have left? Now the AI is even able to animate, will it be that now only 1 director and 1 assistant will be needed in the 3d team at most?

I dont know how will you describe in text how to move body that has more then the most basic skeleton.
"Play violin, but with 5 hands or something"
or
"Make this specific move that has these implications in this time and space and this scene"
If anything this current model looks like low quality mocap replacer, which over time will become high quality mocap replacer.

I have the motion diffusion already working on my machine, its a nightmare trying to installing it btw. for the moment I don't think normies or even low key tech savvy people will be able to run it.
I haven't tested the SMPL plugin for maya, so i'm yet to see if the animation need too much corrections.
