You also have to modify the model so it will work. Also depends on your approach. The best results will be if you 3d print in resin first and use silicone to make the mold.

The zbrush anime figure pdfs have guides on how you divide your models for 3dprinting. And I think the tutorials on youtube for western action figures etc. can be applied to your weeb figurines.
If you don't have a 3d printer, you can go on etsy and ask someone to print it out + send in the parts.
