What am I in for, and should I just pay the 9.99 for the core?

repetition, repetition, repetition if you want to make it. most people fail because they directly want to model the tiniest details. get a feeling for proportions and rather recreate the same extremely basic headshape 20 times in a row than trying to finish something from the get-go.
when you are new, make a habit of saving NOTHING. create basic proportions until they look good, immediately destroy and repeat. also sculpt in orthographic and only use reference images taken with a high focal length (almost orthographic).

Fuck you, I'm not gonna dump 900+ on something I might not even find enjoyable and successful with. What I did was upgrade to the core model and bought a 3d mouse. Let's see what I can do with just the basics. The mini was too gimped and I also plan on using it for MAYBE some commercial purposes and the EULA prohibits it in the mini program. so there's that wrong with it too.
But seriously why should I get the full, when all I hear that difference is some brushes that I will never use.

You get the pro because you get 300+ brushes vs 40

alright, thanks for that, if I run into a pay wall with the core, I will look into it. Until then I'm just gonna play it safe. Like I said to the previous anons that wanted me to BUY it,
or whatever
I'm gonna see if I even want it in a month. And go from there.

There's no playing it safe with Adobe, Maxon, Or any of these companies. They all want to turn you into a subpig that can be told to stop using older software or be sued while they install unwanted programs (let's just call them viruses like the flu,) and licensing services to bog down your resources and won't let you uninstall if there is a remnant of their shit on your computer that won't go away until you edit the registry. They hate you and want to rape your anus and forcefully kiss your imouto to NTR you further.
