๐งต Getting job after 2 years of no work
Anonymous at Fri, 17 Feb 2023 19:05:10 UTC No. 937316
Hey all.
Since summer 2021 I took time off after my last job to spend time and care for a family member with a major health issue. I havent even touched anything art related in that time.
I need to hop back into it and start grinding out some portfolio pieces and basically relearn, and somewhat relearn what I spent years building up skill wise.
I do have some clips from a tv show I worked on that helps with my portfolio, but it's mostly my lack of work experience for the last two years that I'm worried about when it comes to employers.
How fucked am I?

If you got to 4chan.org to ask how fucked you are then you are fucked. Close this tab right now and come back with a cool rendering or animation.

>my lack of work experience for the last two years
what does it matter? are you a normalfaggot? what matters is if you have experience at all, unless you are mentally unstable nobody cares what happened to you the last 2 years
the only problem it can cause is that it can make you look burned out and that you will quit after 2 weeks
