there is an audio commentary on one of the old incredibles dvds with the grunt animators. no faggoty producers/directors/supervisors in sight. just the mistreated wagies winging over how they never got to finish their footage. it's actually pretty interesting.
also study any wires you can find, skim all of the gay documentaries and old dvd extras. study the actual rendered footage, especially of the older movies because you can see the seams more often. research the software they used and learn about that.
if you just want to learn how to make good models learn how to draw and learn how to STUDY things. just look at fucking art and copy it until it clicks why the lines are arranged the way you are.
if you don't do this you will never develop any instinct for what looks good and you'll never have that to cross-reference when building the thing in 3d.
