All I want is to make an object always face the viewport view.
Basically this

but object facing viewport view, not a "Camera" that you can add to the scene
I was trying Tracking Constraints but can't put the viewport view as a "Target"
Create a "Camera", check the "Align camera to view" box and look through it will not work for me
