Yeah, that's appealing.

1st image looks like someone with a sprained ankle and the tendons over the toes looks collapsed, the foot arch is collapsed.
Meaning it's the foot of what appears to be a fat/handicapped/sedentary person.

2nd foot is very shapely with slim ankles, arching shapes and strong tendons and overall good proportions, indicative of a young fit woman.

the heel looks out of scale and something’s gone wrong around the area where the light hits the achilles. the toes are a little gnarly but some people do have feet like that, i suppose
