Can I see the wireframe and the topology? Is it all quads like Blender Guru recommends? I hope so.

140 faces for a fucking teddy bear
I like the texture though

Do you know any way of making sure that all the quads are not bent in Blender? You know, that the 4 vertices are part of the same plane, I don't know what's the correct terminology. Because that's the whole point of only using quads, right? And how do you prevent the quads from bending when rigging?
I suppose for rigging quads are better and for optimizing triangle count then using triangles is better since you get more control over the shape with less vertices.
But I'm just a beginner so I might be wrong.

I don't think it could be optimized that much without it becoming too blocky. You can see the geometry is already fairly sparse.
I made the texture by painting it over the model in blender and applying noise over the image with GIMP.
This is the first model I actually finish texturing, it makes total sense but I was still impressed with how much easier doing low detail stuff is vs trying to get more detailed, the amount of effort goes up exponentially.

Mesh -> Clean up -> Make Planar Faces
But quads don't have to be perfectly planar. You just have to be careful in low poly modeling because quads have an orientation. Sometimes is better to split non planar quads into triangles because then you get choose which of the two diagonals will fold.

Also in low poly modeling you should avoid anything other than triangles and quads because n-gons must be planar or they're guaranteed to look ugly.

Not that anon but I'd love to see you go lower and still have good results like OP
