Please help me /3/, complete retard here.
Basically, I just want to fill a hole. Someone keeps embedding their username onto a paid mod and it triggers me greatly.

Either manually connect the verts (select one, select the other, "Mesh" menu -> "Merge" -> choose an option) or select all the border verts on both meshes and "Mesh" -> "Clean up" -> "Merge by distance". Note that vertex data, especially UVs, could have changed in newer versions of your model, so you might need to fix that too.
