why are hands so hard to do in all art fields bros ? even the stupid AI has problems with it.
I need to make a female hand but whenever i try to deform it it looks horrible, does anyone have a good tutorial on hands and some IK for its animation ?

Whatever you want.
Just use corrective Blendshapes/Shapekeys/Morphs/etc. bound to the whatever joints you need.
Job done.

wrong. if they do end up noticing, it is appropriately more impressive. also virtually everything you power through can end up being beneficial in some other way eventually.

>if they do end up noticing,....
...i am such a guy, and as long i dont get payed for such absurd amounts of detail i dont care! ... you will always face people who notice, rare, but, most of them get it ....they understand ....

If you want a deforming hand that like looks realistic like in OP pic you'll need to use a muscle rig and model the skeleton underneath the skin, the actual muscles, make skeleton to muscle attachments, and then use that to drive a layer of fat / skin.
You wont be able to get this with Blendshapes/Shapekeys/Morphs.

..at this point you just do a shot of a realistic hand, some filters and good is!
