Daz3D is where it' at. You install the base software with a throwaway email account and download the morphs and models from various piracy blogs.
Common BB base models are Brute 8 and Swole for Genesis 8 Male.
You can even add a cawk with Dicktator (be sure to download the v2 version because v1 is bugged)
Exporting can be done with DazToUnreal or diffeomorphic.

Basically the same site just different focus. If you don't give a shit about quality or modern workflow and want to get stuff done quickly actually using SFM1 will be the least effort.
The other two are basically blender models as said mostly converted daz exports.
