🧵 Pirate Blender addons. Steal Blender addons.

You have a LEGAL RIGHT under the license as well as a MORAL OBLIGATION to not give these fuckers a dime. People who try to profit off of open source software deserve death.

Why? You want the people who develop your software to starve?

The vultures on Blender market didn't develop shit and almost none of their money makes it back to the devs.

It’s already better than autodicks out of the box. Imagine what it can do with custom addons.

You should be morally obliged to pay to indie developers. Unironically cost you less to buy addons that are sold as perpetual licenses than paying a year of a single subscription software. It almost looks you are shilling for the subscription shits. What’s your retarded plan here? For the open source to die? Not everyone in this thread is room temp as you master manipulator. Only If you are a poorfag student I would get your opinion but still is kind of retarded.

There's just too many things to pay for even if you discount amidst years of declining real wages. AI is going to up the ante of glut. All in all if you're paying for subscriptions/licenses then you're just paying own nothing and might as well pirate. 3d is shit enough having to be dependent on software that's at the constant mercy of EA tier companies.

True and they have a legal right to sell it.
>as well as a MORAL OBLIGATION to not give these fuckers a dime.
No, the amount of money involved is trivial in comparison.

Autodesk has everything that Blender can't do. Engineering concepts will always be Autodesk main market for corp.
Blender can't create anything within the Engineering or CAD, Blender is a failure of a product, always will be.

2 possibilities:
>you think pirating isn't ok
learn the basics in blender, then switch to proper software and pay.
>you think pirating is ok
learn the basics in blender (highest number of tutorials and people that can answer retarded newbie questions), then switch to proper software and pirate it.
no matter what you think about piracy, you stay the fuck away from indian freeware.

zbrush and houdini still have perpetual licensing options. 1k$ to forever sell whatever you create in zbrush 2023 honestly isn't that much.
