I'm not really sure if it's what you're looking for, but you could pick up a copy of Marvelous Designer.
You make your own clothes in it so it might be better for what you need. Although it could be a lot of work depending on how much editing you actually want to do to the jacket.
Look it up on YouTube and you'll be able to see if it's any good for you.
