I sort of like the idea of 3D and building stuff but have zero interest in animation, is there something I can do or this isn't my thing

I think what I might like is building places or something like that, I don't have drawing skills either to make characters

I'm torn between this and a programming career because I want to work with my computer but I don't know if I would really like to stare at code all day plus I want something with a bit of creative leeway idk. I'm sort of lost in life, sorry to bother

3D Artist and 3D Animator are separate jobs most of the time, anon.

Judging from your description you might like either being an Environment Artist

or combine it with programming and become a Technical Artist (that's where I transitioned after learning programming in Uni and later working as a Concept Artist. Turns out Tech Art is a mix of both and I feel more fulfilled doing it):

I'd suggest doing programming as a career and do 3d as a hobby. If you realize you don't like it, it's much easer to transition from a programming role into an artistic one than the other way around.

You could also look into learning Houdini, which is essentially just node based programming, but you probably wont get paid as much.

As a hobby I find sculpting for 3d printing to be a lot of fun and doesn't involve animation. You can start making your own Hina figure!! There are some people who making a living doing this, but it doesn't seem reliable to me.

Drawing skills are nice to have but aren't super critical. These days you can make some terrible looking sketch and then throw it into stable diffusion to get some concept art if you want to make original characters.
