I want to create animations like the new aphex twin music video with all the dynamic aspects (lighting, textures, topographies, camera motion, etc). Does anybody know what I can use to achieve this? I am 100% new to 3d stuff and I don't even know if this is the appropriate place to ask. Should I learn blender? Thank you very much in advance.

Never learn Blender, it’s the most useless 3D software in existence. Every thing you saw was done in 3Dmax or After effects. There is no possible explanation on how someone would or could make it in blender, if they do say anything it’s 100% a lie.

Literally any 3D software can do this. The skills to do this can be picked up in less than a month if you are slow at learning, everything they are doing is super simple but whether you can make it look good is another thing.

blender is for low end VFX. Maya and Houdini are for high end VFX.

Blender can't handle VFX, all the fake VFX you see online for blender are low quality and will break 70% of the time.
This is the best VFX in blender: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nBh
As you can see it can not handle many models let alone real 1:1 without after effects to trick you into believing it's still in blender.
Real professionals VFX who used Maya, 3dsmax and after effects: https://youtu.be/rt-2cxAiPJk?t=125

Like most artists, you do various art projects from smaller ones to bigger ones until you die in poverty.
