why does it look premade, you didn't even make the mouth, beard dont go to the ears so you may want to fix that, cloth can't be made to anything useful for rigging, boots dont make sense because the top is too wide and the feet area is small, he should be old but looks younger in body, unnecessary edges on belt unless you want it to be display as just a standstill without texture.
All in all, needs work it looks like a forger but lacks elements and looks like a premade.
