Houdini EULA: no sex, no extreme violence, no wrongthink

defend this

Anonymous No. 969724

Where does it say any of that?

I tried skimming through it (and also Ctrl-F'd for "sex") but I don't speak legalese. Can you post relevant passages or are you just making this up?

>Agree not to post sexual content on sidefx
This is nothing

Anonymous No. 969759

i can confirm this. we were working on a hollywood blockbuster and there was a topless scene. actress didn't do it, double wasn't close enough, we decided to replace the breasts with a vellum sim. it looked great. then a sidefx rep turns up at our offices and starts threatening legal action and saying some stuff about the wrath of god.
whole thing was scrapped and we had to redo it in realflow.

That's the beauty of software as a service. The moment someone sends them some complain about you they can just cancel your account and with it your software. Same like people take each other down on YT with copyright strikes and if you're not popular with massive social media leverage they won't bother to verify claims.

>with a vellum sim.
so a slow, simplified approximation?

Note how nobody is making hardcore with dini.

>posting at all on work accounts that has anything to do with non work at all.
I see twitter has socially pussywhipped you.
Can't ban me if I am socially invisible on said handle and only talk on other ones on a completely isolated 40 dollar phone for the sole purpose of shitposting with fake everything and an everchanging ip with a custom boot

Sounds like any art can be interpreted to fall under this if you squint long enough. Usual blanket power I guess

I made an R rated CG film about decapitated zombie characters that mutilate themselves and have sex while talk about how climate change is a scam, should I be worried?
