Yes.
There's nothing ethically wrong with using AI art, I think, and legally the copyright stuff hasn't been decided yet, but the ease of creating AI art also makes it kind of worthless.
Prompting AI is like picking an apple off a tree. Sure you chose an apple, and reached out to grab it, but don't expect anyone to be excited when you show them "your" apple that you picked. Put it into a pie, use the art for something that actually has meaning or purpose, then you can go around showing it off, expecting praise or critique.

AI is pretty useful for image laundering
e.g. if you need a photo of some generic person but don't want to take any risks by stealing a copyrighted photo from the internet, just tell an AI to make it and it's safe for you to use
