No,in order to reduce the amount of cringe 3D erotica out there no such instructions are realeased. unfortunately this is not a troll post.
you're trying to model little pockets that need to collapse completely closed, open up as wide as your project demands, and also deform all of a 100 different ways, and it all has to look stellar at every point inbetween. The geometry and rig needed is seriously expert level which is why so many animators just dont stick the camera there and choose to just have models intersect with obstructions blocking your view.
but you should still TRY to do it. You will learn by failing and seeing first hand what the difficulties are.
