Maldavius Figtree's 20 years of "game development" was as a second life furfag and a janny for blizzard (a job that his father secured for him). the only full game he's ever released was a shit tier bullet hell that anyone could have made in a high school programming class. He recently bragged about how he used his 1337 haxx0r skillz to this game unpiratable, ignoring the fact that it's been cracked for 7 years now. his big game Heartbound is being developed in Gamemaker and has been abandoned for almost a year now. He runs a ferret "rescue" where they are dropping dead left and right and he is almost certainly fucking them. he copyright strikes anyone who gives his game a negative review and is as bitchmade as they come. he also met up with a minor in 2008 after grooming her over second life.

He doesn't use godot at all. He is not qualified in any way to talk about godot, nor does he have anything whatsoever to do with 3d because his abandonware projects are all 2d pixelated slop. you should definitely look him up on that one farming website that tranny jannies hate.

This is open source software, fragmentation isn't a bad thing. These PRs that get worked on redot can be merged back into godot with ease. If anything it strengthens godot in the long run by having multiple teams working on the same code base, and it allows smaller bug fixes that get looked past within the godot dev community. It's existence is literally only a positive.
