I need help with making a katana base please.
I would like to sculpt the diamond shape into the katana base but I don't know how.

You can’t sculpt it, Blender doesn’t offer such tools. You better off just having normal mapping than making it.

its for 3d printing it cant be textures. maybe if i shrink rap the top and bottom it might work though.

That’s not how 3D printing works. You have to carve out the tiny pieces. We don’t have such technology yet.

wait no im pretty sure a 3d printer can print the diamond shapes in the katana handle if they can be made...
