You can’t sculpt it, Blender doesn’t offer such tools. You better off just having normal mapping than making it.

its for 3d printing it cant be textures. maybe if i shrink rap the top and bottom it might work though.

That’s not how 3D printing works. You have to carve out the tiny pieces. We don’t have such technology yet.
