Thank ye, it was really fun to draw. The reason the board took epic proportions is I wanted to defeat nigger and give anonwizard his staff back without meeting the 3 monsters, because idk what they want from egg/turtloli (that's for the next anons to figure out), and this was the best way I could think of.

I still think that turtloli's design must remain unchanged (right one is the one I'm most proud of, and the left one is one of my biggest regrets). I should've formulated that better. My autistic ass don't like the idea of Dragonlady acquiring new powers for reasons not explained in the comic, or remembering her /ic/ BFF OC we're never introduced to in the story. And you're expected to go through discord logs if you want to understand where that came from, in what's supposed to be an open project.
The best option is just pretending it never happens in the "canon" comic, kinda like crossovers are never mentioned in official video games series or whatev's. (They don't mention it, right? I'm not sure)
Do anything you want in the tournament tho, if we assume it's not "canon" whatever that means.
If you want to draw turtloli yourself, go ahead. Or if you're inviting me to join (is it only 1 character per artist?), I don't think I'll join cause I'm slow and I prefer making oekaki when I have time and I'm inspired. but I'll check the crab thread for teh rulez, thinking about it while I still have time.

Imo, the rpg#1 death was due the constant trolling that came after that fucking sword effect. And i am to blame for that... 4chun is under constant attack from k*/t* since 2014, so no wonder people did react like that and rejected the character that came from that resolve... some liked that character, some not. In my defense the colors of the sword were there and it had an acronym as name... no excuses i know, maybe i'm just being conceited and that thread wasn't going to survive anyway. I'm sorry anyway.
Nothing says we can't continue this thread on a new one, and have at the same time a different thread with a different start, or even continue the #1 (better not this one). The new thread could even be created right now, what do you guys say?

Yeah, I'm aware that other anons would have to wait until the comic is finished.
I'm actually planning on cutting out some of the pages since I figured that it would take even longer than just 2 or even 3 weeks which would be pretty bad for anons who want to contribute to the story.
Based on what I finished so far, there's a possibility that the comic could be finished within a week, that's if I finish at least one page a day.

Progress on the comic is going pretty smoothly. So far I got three pages done and half of the fourth page, nearly halfway there. I'm going to go to sleep soon, I'll work on the comic again once I manage to get out of bed.

I've been lurking since the first thread and let me tell you : you're not to blame at all for its death. What killed it was the constant bumping by lurkers (like myself) who couldn't or didn't want to contribute something while eagerly waiting for a new page to come; some other anon pointed out the OC shitfest that came afterwards, while true it still was contribution even if it made the plot a bit more chaotic and hard to follow and imho it just gives us more characters to experiment with (thinking about the money-well guy, kitaroku, itanna's annoying cousin, madam stooge & the adventurers).
The bird arc alongside with the roulette tournament arc was definetly one of the best moments in RPG#1, change my mind
