he's got the whole goku hair goin for him but the collar gives me mixed signals

Ciccio is a character that I created a long time ago.
I drew it on MS Paint
I was inspired by the old tans of 4chan.
He is similar to a little boy but is half alien

Sometimes I give my characters hair similar to goku's hair, because I find it cool.
I put that collar on him because it gives me that feeling of "look how bad I am but instead I'm super cute"
