What I would suggest is taking a peek at the wiki to get a better idea on who tickles your fancy and what they're like since we've come a long way. You can make your OC, we won't stop you. Be warned, once your character is created, they're free to be tampered with anyone here who is interested in them enough to add stuff to them, but other than that, you're still mostly in charge.

I'd suggest probably lurking a bit to get a feel of the small community and reading stuff in the wiki, when making a character try to take the others into consideration when you do so since we have so many characters by now it can be hard to work new ones in if they don't offer much to the dynamic. For example, if you make a character whose schtick is pretty much the same as some other character. Of course if you do accidentally make a character that feels too similar to another we can help discuss stuff to distinguish them.
If you are gonna add a new kid character (since they are the most popular characters to make), its probably better they not be from the 4th grade as that one already has the most characters and it becomes harder to fit them all into their classrooms. the other grades are fine though.

IIRC Mute was an octopus, mostly because she has one as a pet. Max and Hui-Feng were cats while Song-Hui was a duck. Silvia was a snake and Rodney was a gecko.

Once Silvia's scans show that whatever Max is like is a drastic outlier to what a normie human is, she'll be out of her element. Constantly trying to apply logic to his madness, she would end up using most of her resources to capture him and open him up to see what makes him tick.

She does of course wear her usual classic swimsuit under her "normal" clothes, so she's always prepared for a surprise pool party, or a flood up in the rocky mountains where those are known to happen of course.

You can do that if you want, or just add an increasing amount of paragraphs with their own subheadings in the "background" section.
The formulaic headings was mostly so it'd be much easier for people to fill in relevant information, otherwise people might be lost and disorganised trying to fill in the information and it'd be even harder for new people to navigate.

I feel most our characters at their core were just one joke, a gimmick. Then over time some of them got used more and extra stuff was tagged on. But even then some of the funniest characters are still pretty one note, Lisa for example is literally just an unpleasant troll NEET but she’s a 4th grade girl, and that’s pretty much her whole deal. I don’t even think she’s a bad character for that though, she’s also one of my top ranked funniest characters.

Had an idea for a mini arc introducing some new villains from out of town inspired by some previous discussions.
Everyone knows Cripple Fucker. That weird guy who hangs around town stalking the various disabled townsfolk of North Park. As his name suggests, he has a strong and peculiar attraction to crippled people specifically, although as his name wouldn't suggest it doesn't seem he's actually fucked anyone yet.
One mystery people in North Park have not been able to solve is what his real name is. Surely he wasn't named "Cripple Fucker" at birth, yet that's the only name he is called. No one is really even familiar with his parents to ask them. It's made some people wonder if cripple fucking is all there is to him, if that's his whole thing. Little did anyone know, the Cripple Fucker and the whole town in turn would soon be met with a nefarious group of outcast kids who had recently come to town, a secret club of perverts who heard tale of North Park's infamous Cripple Fucker. Soon a group of them lead by Delly are searching town for where he could be. Robo Fucker called a quick meeting with the other members to work out what exactly it is they do. Soon, he concludes that as a secret club they plan to run the world from the shadows, and also form a Fuckers Union which means everyone has to join in or else it doesn't work. They also claim they have a band, a book club and have movie nights once every two weeks.

A brawl happens in the streets as weirdoes and cripples are kicking the shit out of each other, a bunch of townsfolk have come around to watch. After some fighting they explain that Crip is not the only cripple fucker in town, and that there are even other Robo Fuckers, Monster Fuckers and even Xeno Fuckers in town. There's a fucker inside of everyone, really. Besides Turtle Fucker of course. The town all collectively agrees on how much of a piece of shit Turtle Fucker is for wanting to fuck turtles and curse him out for being a disgusting little irredeemable pervert. They start throwing shit at him as Weedo walks up and kicks him in the shins after calling him a creep, everyone cheers as Turtle Fucker cries and runs off.
Crip and Delly share a tender moment together as Crip feels accepted by the town, and Robo Fucker swears vengance as he retreats with his fellow fuckers. But the Fucker Society realised something, that North Park was not only home of all the things they want to fuck (besides turtles) but also is full of other Fuckers like them. They may have been defeated now, but soon the Fucker Society will overthrow the current leadership of North Park and rule over the town as their secret perverted shadow government.

I like the names Tima or Ada. I actually had been working on something, a collaborative thing kinda like the Christmas Tree we did, but a while proper scene. Everyone can add characters celebrating at the party with Chaz, Jerry and Mandy.
Turns out the anniversary of this project aligns with "North Park Day", the in universe day where they celebrate the founding of the town. So when Mandy's parents left for the night to go out with friends, the trio decided to host a party of their own. Who is gonna show up?
This one might take a while though so I don't know if it will be finished before next thread. We'll have to see for now.

I imagine he just has to be careful, since he only exists because that copy system didn't work for him and he was left behind in his damaged body.
