Please look up a youtube video for people who have never drawn in their life.
This is completely incomprehensible, but it could be at least understandable and legible if you looked at a very very basic tutorial.
Also, some anon told you to trace. If you DO do that, don't just trace exactly what you see. Try to imagine how everything fits together, the form of it, remember that you're making a 2d representation of something 3d. Study the distance and ratios of facial features.

To help yourself actually FOCUS on what you want to draw, map out faces. Over time you won't have to do so much sketch work, but your biggest problem is that your drawing isn't connected at all, it's just floating lines and facial features.
Try to actually Feel the imagine in your mind.
If you trace practice like picrel and then draw the actual facial features freehand, don't trace.

That other anon is right though nude studies are good. But don't just fucking draw One facial feature or One body feature. Exception being hands, because they're very complex.
