His name is Gordon, the lower half of his body has been replaced by a giant titanium wheel, so he just rolls around rolling over people because he cant have sex. He also has type 2 diabetes.

Amateur artist who was accidently turned into an art exhibit while being at an installation that two stand users fought in.
He isn't able to move inside the portrait while people are looking at him, so no-one noticed that he was alive for a little under a year before he realized his own abilities.
Mikel gained the ability to read people's minds, which lets him turn whatever they imagine into real painting-like beings that can interact with the world around them.
After multiple events where monsters representing various peoples greatest fears escaped the museum and terrorized the city, Mikel was unknowingly taken to a storage unit where he plans his next move.
