It's a good idea to try different body types and stick to the ones you think suit the character most.
CG and Goon are easier to differentiate with the difference in body type and height, and that makes room for more drawing dynamics too.
All in all, I like how you draw both characters.

To put it simply, if you enjoyed playing UT, you will most certainly adore UTY. It's a really well made fangame with a lot of passion and charisma put in every song, character and dialogue. It captures the Undertale vibe really well, and gives a lot of personality to the characters, even Clover themselves.

Precisely. A lot of people use that as the key thing to identify an artstyle of somebody. It's not always universal obviously, but if you use thicker outlines compared to your usual work it can dupe folk sometimes.

For NG, it wasn't even me who discovered the site first. Some dude I knew was watching Z0ne porn in front of me and then he watched The Ultimate Showdown. I promptly forgot about that day. That was my first introduction to NG lol. I think a few weeks later I was just looking for games to play and found some cool animations and ever since its just been part of my life.
For FNF, I just thought it was cool, and still do. Also, I like rhythm games. As corny as it may sound, I truly do enjoy watching people make/talk about stuff they are passionate about, and even more so when it shows.
For both, their aesthetics is what I exactly what I like.

Skullkid always a fun time waster. My first exposure to NG was technically Super Mario Bros. Z, a series that had no right to be as good as it was. And then fancy pants, and THEN Newgrounds Rumble, which is where I learned about Pico, Cap, and the rest of them.
For some ungodly reason, that I'm still trying, when I was like 12, I made these weird stories that would crossover over several ng characters (or at least the ones I knew at the time). And I specifically remember this one story where it involved Otis getting sad that he doesn't have a trio of his own, so he just yoinks SK and Cass and calls it a day. Using and studying refs is a very important things, becuse wwith them you can try and break your symbol drawing that your brain often does to remember things more easily.

basicall everything in life can be broken down into basic shapes like cubes, rectangles, cylinders, speheres. Learn how to draw them, and how to break things into them, and a lot of things will seem easier t draw then you'd think
