๐Ÿงต Did anyone used to make vent art when they were upset/depressed?

Curious to see if anyone here has done it or wants to post theirs. I used to contemplate suicide so I would sometimes draw my OCs doing the same or harming themselves for in universe reasons.

I think the first "vent art" I made was when I was really little and drew a sad mlp. Cutie mark was like rainclouds or something. I drew this when I was 16.
Sometimes i drew literal characters doing xyz to vent whatever sadness or frustration I was feeling but my realest stuff was just scribbles. I have a few like this from this time.

I never feel sad out of nowhere but when something sad happens i simply try to do something else as i think feeding those emotions might not be a good idea, whenever im bored or want to do something that is not just myself i usually ask for requests or ideas to draw, feels like trying to reach someone's idea or vision with my doodles.

Yes, I'd say a lot of my art is vent art. This drawing I did with charcoal, it's based off the song "Her Ghost Haunts These Walls" by Nocturnal Depression.
