Did it truly take a research crew to learn this? Penile skin has stretch capacity, ok. A billion different things affect erection quality, notably age, and that's going to affect size of erection. Doing anything with flaccid skin is a waste of time. That's like stretching the scrotal sac out and saying that's how big the testicles should be.

Brother, if you have ever had to separate a toddler from exploratory hands of destructive curiosity, you would know that the methods attempted in that study were laughably bad. Adult erection quality changes throughout the life, it can change due to your diet and exercise habits, it can change according to hormone levels, arousal levels, etc. Each and all be-dicked will have good days and days where things aren't going their way.
You can get an average at best, and still not really accurate results.

The OP was saying within Asia. It doesn't matter either way because the study uses an inaccurate method to asses penile length, so the study is shit and incorrect, and any data observed within the study is as good as worthless for that and other reasons.

It seems like there might be a problem with the measurement method in the paper. As an Asian living in a culture where public baths are common, I re-evaluated using the method mentioned in the paper, and the flaccid length came out to be over 9cm. However, the problem is, I haven't really seen many people smaller than me at the baths.
