Afaik, and please prove me wrong, if you're put on puberty blockers early enough, your sexual organs will not properly develop.
So, even if you decide against surgery at some point later, you are left with a micro-penis and a underdeveloped prostata.
Ultimately ending up to never being able to have an orgasm.
