There is certainly a bit of genuine science to it though in that fats and particularly saturated fats from animal sources are necessary for optimal hormone regulation and the extreme imbalance in most industrial diets contributes to the poor health of much of society
The most absolutely moronic part is the avoiding legumes due to antinutrients, your body is literally evolved to process them and cooking them destroys the vast majority of antinutrients anyway, he goes from full naturalistic fallacy on the animal products to just the opposite on legumes, they're not suitable as a main protein source but soi excepted they're fine in moderation with literally no ill effects besides shitting more from the fiber
Ultimately it's a very healthy alternative to standard industrial diets just for the simple fact of avoiding the massive overloads of seed oils with linoleic acid and added sugars and high fructose corn syrup that's in most processed food but just adding a collagen supplement, avoiding processed shit and getting moderate saturated fats and animal protein as part of a generally balanced diet will work just as well or better than trying to follow his autism
