No, it's actually autism. The animal is normie enough, has enough self-awareness to understand that the other guy has slighted him and is competing with him for food. He feels the bruise to his ego (and wants to keep eating besides) but he doesn't dare compete with the guy for food. So he tries to save face in a way that he hopes may look impressive: by holding his head way up as if to show dominance or "rise above" normal animal interactions. Of course, it really looks silly and the other animals don't even look at him, they just keep on feeding. Big Dick Alpha Chad Iguana Normie has made his point and isn't bothered by some sperg in close proximity to him, as long as the sperg is being quiet, not attacking and not taking any of his dang food.
What we are seeing here, is a display of reptilian autism.
