Could a smart scientist calculate how much cabbage, squash and oats does one person need per year? Dubia produces vitamin C, Cabbage is source of calcium and squash has vit A.

One entire head of cabbage has 200-250 calories, a squash plant has maybe 50. One cup of oats is 300.
This is to say, if you make a meal out of these it'll be 500-600 calories, and you'd need 4 meals of these to get 2000 calories for a grown adult. You'd be eating almost 30 cabbagges, 30 squashes and 2.4 kilograms of oats a week

For vitamins and minerals, I recommend you to buy or culture chlorella. With respect to vitamins, it has literally everything if you choose (or feed) your chlorella properly.
