27 matching right now. It's not that bad med students are just massive complainers. Just treat studying like a 9-5 and you'll have no issues. Unless your school is lame and has mandatory attendance, in which case I have no advice.

That doesn't seem feasible for many fields. Derm, family med (reduced pt load), pathology, rheum maybe. But EM, hospitalist, surgery, ICU all seem undoable if not just unsafe
